The first sign of spring and right away a part of me wants to rush off to Otto’s Shrunken Head for some overly sweet, Vitamin C infused drinks. Our goal here is to get away from the ‘classics’ such as Mai Tai’s and Zombies and make a few of the lesser known Tiki Cocktails.
Perhaps we’ll try some Jungle Birds?

The Jungle Bird Recipe
- .5 oz lime
- .5 oz sugar
- .75 oz Campari
- 1.5 oz pineapple
- 1.5 oz Black Strap rum
